In 1922 Rabbi Israel received a miraculous letter, the Petek of Rabbi Nachman, in which he revealed to him the marvelous song that would reveal Divine (constant) providence in the world, the translation of which is as follows:
"It was very difficult for me to come down to you
My very dear student, to tell you that
I took great pleasure in your service and it is on you
That I said: My little fire will burn until
The arrival of the Messiah.
Be strong and courageous in your service
Na Na'h Na'hma Na'hman Meouman
And in this I reveal to you a secret, which is:
Full and overflowing from one end to the other (P.TS.P.TS.YH).
As you work harder you will understand, and the sign is:
On the 17th of Tammuz they will say that you are not fasting."
